Supplier was very helpful making some customizations, including a motorized z-axis, taller tower, and setting up the machine with three lenses. The configuration & lens configuration files were all very accurate, so we were able to use it right away (in our application, accurate dimensions and the absence of distortion is very important). The photo shows the engraver, in addition to an enclosure we fabricated ourselves. Overall a great experience!
